List Students by Instructor window
Purpose
Use this window to establish report criteria and generate the List Students by Instructor report.
To access this window
Select List Students by Instructor on the Report Catalog window - Scheduling tab and click Run.

Options for appointment type
|
Indicate if you want to include only private (one individual) appointments, only group appointments, or both private and group appointments on the report. |
| Instructor | Select an instructor for whom you want to generate a report. All Instructors is selected by default. |
| Student Location | Select a location for which you want to generate a report. All Location is selected by default. |
| Add Cell, Work, Email, and Lesson Type (Adds Extra Line) |
Select this check box to include the cell phone number, work phone number, and email address from the student's associated customer record and the appointment type for the class the student taking. This information is printed on a line below the day and time on the report. If this check box is cleared, the student account number, student name, associated customer account name and main phone number, and the appointment day and time are included on the report. |
